About Me

     I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for the past 17 years. During this span I have worked at Spa Tiki, The Center for Massage and currently have my own practice.  My modalities are Deep Tissue, Swedish, Acupressure, Sports, Prenatal and Chair Massage. 

     My past background as a personal trainer and triathlete has given me a better understanding of the body and has enhanced my skills as a Massage Therapist.

     I am a very patient, calm and relaxed person. I love to spend time with family and friends. I take great pride in my work.
